Dahor Heritage House is the former residence of workers of oil refinery during the Dutch colonial era which is built on 1900 has been turned into the museum that exhibiting the historical photos of Balikpapan.

Sun Bear Education & Conservation Center is the only Sun Bear conservation centre of Kalimantan of Indonesia which is provided the volunteer programme & animals adoption programme etc. Sun Bear is the smallest bear species of the world & also second rarest bear species of the world after Giant Panda whose their favourites are honey & fruits.
